I was a little nervous about returning the dress because I always worry refunds might take ages or turn into a hassle, but it was really easy. The return went through without any fuss, and the refund showed up quickly, which was such a relief.

I picked up a jumper and some trousers from White Stuff and I’m happy with them. The quality feels really nice and the fit was spot on. I’ve washed the jumper a few times now and it still looks good. Only knocked a star off because it is on the pricey side but I’d probably shop there again.

The clothes are nice and I’m happy with them, but the delivery took longer than I expected. I’m not the most patient person, so waiting around for the order was frustrating

I’ve ordered from White Stuff a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The tops have mostly been spot on for me, maybe a tiny bit roomy, but I’m not losing sleep over that, a little extra comfort never hurt anyone.

The jeans, though, entered slightly more dramatic territory. One pair fit like they were made for me, and another in the exact same size felt noticeably tighter, which was a bit of a plot twist. Returns were straightforward enough, so it wasn’t the end of the world. I’d still buy from them again, but I’d definitely check the reviews first.

I do really like clothes from White Stuff, but delivery has been a bit unreliable for me. One order turned up quick, then another one was late and I didn’t get much of update about it. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just annoying when you’re waiting around for parcel. I’d still order from them, but probably not if I needed something in hurry

I had a small issue with my order, so I contacted White Stuff. The person who got back to me was really friendly and sorted it out quickly. There was no fuss, just a helpful reply and the problem was fixed. It made me feel like they actually cared, which is nice these days
